Shipping Policy
Shipping in Australia:
We offer free shipping on all orders.
We aim to process and ship orders within 1 to 4 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped, and delivery typically takes 8 to 12 business days.
Please note that our central warehouse is located in China, which means that all our goods are shipped from there.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
Currently, we do not offer shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. For separate shipments to different addresses, please place separate orders.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 1 hour of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately to ensure that the cancellation can be processed.
Lost or Delayed Orders:
Although we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time, there may sometimes be delays or losses during the shipping process. If your order is delayed or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue and resolve it for you.
Pricing:
All prices are shown as excluded from value added tax ‘VAT”. All purchases will be processed excluded from VAT and any applicable customs duties.
Custom Duties
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
